Your form entries are retained in the configured D1 database. Without that binding, development uses temporary process memory. IP addresses are hashed into rate-limit buckets.

Your privacy matters.
Bag, wishlist and recent searches stay in your browser. Submitted appointment, contact, ring-sizer, notification, hint and reservation details are stored by the advisor service. Optional sync sends only your saved items under an anonymous identifier.
Your choices
Sync is optional and disabled by default. Clear browser storage to remove the local bag, wishlist and anonymous id. Contact an advisor to request access to or deletion of submitted records, including any synced copy.
Service providers
If configured, Turnstile checks form submissions and an email provider receives request notifications. No marketing enrollment is implied. A production retention policy and privacy review are required before launch.
