Can I return a piece?
Eligible unworn pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery with their packaging and certificates. Engraved or personalized pieces are final sale unless faulty. Contact an advisor for a prepaid insured return label. Refunds follow inspection within 10 business days.
What does the warranty cover?
The proposed lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, loss and third-party alterations are excluded. An advisor reviews a piece before confirming repair options and any charges.
Can my ring be resized?
Eligible resizable rings include one complimentary resize during the first year. Eternity designs and some settings cannot be resized. Confirm the available range with an advisor before ordering.
Are diamonds independently graded?
Sample diamond records list GIA or IGI grading fields. All report numbers are examples, not real certificates. An advisor must provide the actual report and appraisal for a real purchase.
Is my appointment confirmed immediately?
No. Select two preferred time windows. An advisor will confirm a time within 1 business day. Calendar entries are tentative reminders, not confirmed bookings.
Do you accept payments online?
No payment is collected in this version. Reserve a selection with an advisor for a final stock, tax and delivery check. Financing is not connected.
